"Staying fit is great for your career. It keeps you alert, reduces stress and makes you more productive," says Marjorie Albohm, certified athletic trainer and member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association. "Make exercise a part of your daily life. Make it a priority. Mark your calendar, get an exercise buddy and keep exercise gear in your office or car. Hit the club or take a walk. If this isn't possible, take the stairs. Each of these little things adds up to making fitness easy."
