"You become younger through fitness," says Dr. Roizen author of "The Real Age Workout." "A 30-minute stroll every day will do the trick. Walking may lower your risk for cancer and depression by 30 percnet. Take your chair out of the TV room and put in a treadmill," he advises. Another tip he stands by is, "Take the bread out of the bread box!" And lastly, "Fitness is fun!"
