Michelle Bouchard was one of the 127 million adults in the US, who were overweight and struggling to lose it. "I really needed to change my relationship with food." That's when the two "You Docs" stepped in and changed her life. Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Michael Roizen are the authors of the book YOU: On A Diet, and they say measuring your waist is more important than weighing pounds. "If I can get you to walk 30 minutes a day, dump your fridge, measure your waist once a week and automate breakfast, lunch and snacks I can get you to lose waist and lose weight." And that's just what Michelle did. In four months she went from a size 14 to an 8. Not only did she lose weight, she also gained a renewed sense of confidence.
