Tight budgets mean more schools are cutting physical education classes and Richard believes, "My legacy is to get PE back in the school system."  And he wants to hear from parents, teachers, and even kids. He's created an online survey called The Richard Simmons Ask America Survey.  His plan is to take the information he gathers, and bring it to Washington. "And then someone's going to listen or our kids will not live long enough to see the world that we see."
