She's been dreaming about the big school dance for weeks. She has the perfect dress, the perfect date, and the perfect pimple. Ahh!! At home skin care has come a long way since you were a teenager. So before she panics or tries to pop it, she should try treating it. A fast acting spot treatment with salicylic acid especially one that's gentle on the skin can visibly reduce the blemish in just a day and just in time for the evening. And don't forget to teach her how to prevent those breakouts in the first place by taking care of herself inside and out. Exercising, along with plenty of sleep and water are great for an overall healthy complexion. And she should always wash her face daily. Even with daily cleansing, a shine can still appear during the day, but before you powder it to cover it up, trying soaking it up with oil absorbing sheets. They'll zap away the grease and shine. And if she has absolutely no time to spare an invisible acne patch will not only treat the pimple, but smooth out the bumps, leaving a flat surface so she can put a little make-up on it for that special occasion. Remind her that she's not alone when it comes to problem skin, especially if it's during a high stress occasion.
