Is your workout feeling a little bit stale? Well, don't worry you're not the Lone Ranger. There's something new for everyone when it comes to spicing up your workout.
Yoga Fit is—what else—the combination of yoga and fitness moves like sit-ups, pushups and squats. So you get the body and mind benefits of yoga by combining it with a regular strength building routine.
Or how about a yoga and cycling combination called cy-yo? Cy-yo starts with ten minutes of yoga followed by 40-minutes of cycling and then finishes with another ten minutes of yoga. Yoga stretches and relaxes muscles and warms the joints while cycling burns calories and works your cardiovascular system.
f you're a busy parent, now there's a way to spend time with your kids and friends, and stay fit. Stroller stride incorporates your child's stroller and the environment into your routine so you can work out just about anywhere. With so many courses, classes and clubs, there's obviously a lot to pick from. So give them all a try until you find one that's just right for you.
