Mary Soyka, caregiver to her husband who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, became a better caretaker by taking time for herself. For several hours a day, she uses an adult daycare center for her husband. Leeza sayss, "No caretaker can do it all by themselves. And it's not the best thing for the person receiving care. Mary knew this instinctively. She needed to recharge, and when she and her husband reconnected, there was more richness." "I want to take the best care of my husband all the days of our lives," Mary tells us.
