Can we increase our lifespan merely by exercising? "Absolutely," according to the father of aerobics, Dr. Kenneth Cooper, founder of the world renowned Cooper Institute of Aerobics which pioneered landmark studies on fitness and nutrition. Later, Dr. Lisa sits with Dr. Cooper in sunny Texas and learns about his latest innovative research on vitamins and reducing inflammation.
