It's not just a fad for your computer-savvy teen. Blogging on-line can actually be good for your health and good for your business. It's a trend that's catching on with hard-working moms.
Your blog is your very own place to express yourself by posting original writing, pictures or video. Like writing in a journal, blogging can be therapeutic and some much needed time alone after a busy day. But it's also a way to interact with others who share your interests and concerns.
If you're a great cook, post some of your latest recipes along with pictures of the finished dish. Or, if you're a bookworm, write a review of a novel you've just finished and ask for feedback from your blog readers. You've just started your very own on-line book club. Some work-at-home moms use blogging as a way to promote their business.
The more you blog, the more your viewership increases and the better your chances that you can sell the product or service you offer. And the best part about blogging—it can be done on your time. You create it and you manage it. So go ahead, get blogging.
