Whenever you're in the kitchen, why not slim down your outer thighs? I call this my outer thigh slimmer. It's a great way to slim away those saddle bags. Why not? You're firming up those leg muscles and you're tossing your salad all at the same time. Way to multi-task! A great way to firm and tone those legs.
So do about ten with one leg and then switch legs and do the other side. That way you'll have nice trim, slim, firm thighs. These are all great ways to target those areas of the body we need extra help, like our hips, thighs and buttocks.
