While doing the dishes, why not target that rear end. Look great from behind. So while you're at the kitchen sink, I want you to target that rear end.
This is a great exercise that you could do right at the kitchen sink. Your muscles don't know if you're in an expensive gym or your kitchen. So here's a great way to target that rear end. It's a wonderful way to lift and lower the leg. It firms it up so it gives beautiful definition between the buns and your thighs. Do ten on each leg. Then you'll look great in your jeans.
