How often do you spend on the telephone? Well, if you do, get off that couch and move as you talk. That way you're walking and talking and burning extra calories.
Did you know that you burn more calories standing up than you do sitting down? And then if you walk, and pace you're even burning more calories as you talk. So it's a great way to burn some extra calories throughout the day.
Also, you could do some leg squats. This is a great way to firm up your hips, your thighs and your buttocks, all while talking on the telephone. These are great ways to firm up your body.
Remember, strong bodies, strong minds—because you are worth it.
