Do you want a nice toned, tight tummy? Well, here's a great exercise that you could do while you're sitting down. You could be on your couch or in a chair. All you do is pull your knees towards your tummy...and release it. This is now targeting the lower part of those abs, below the bellybutton. A great exercise that you could do each and every day. Pull your knees in, tighten up the tummy and release. Zip up those abs. Really pull them up and in. This is just like a natural tummy tuck. I love this exercise. If you find yourself sitting, why not turn a little toning time into your workout? This will help firm up those abs. That's right! Remember, strong bodies, strong minds—because you are worth it.
