Do you want firm, sexy arms? So when you wave good-bye nothing will jiggle? Then why not try this great triceps dip. All you do is place your hands at the edge of a couch or a chair, slightly lean your back a little forward. And just slowly drop your bottom down by bending your elbows and push it back up. There's the triceps exercise. This is a great way to firm the back of those arms. Did you know the back of those arms, the triceps, are one of the most under used muscles of the body? So you have to do specific exercises to target those muscles. So why not do this bench dip? It's a great way to firm the back of the arm. Do about ten. You can even do it during your next TV commercial. A great way to firm up those arms. Strong body, strong minds—because you are worth it.
