How many hours do you spend at your computer? Well, if you're like me, many. So here's some easy exercises for your neck and shoulders. Here's a great neck relaxer. Throughout the day, stretch your neck just like this and stretch it to the other side. Hold each stretch for ten seconds. Did you know a muscle will stay in a state of tension unless there's a change of activity. So move the muscles that really tighten up. Constantly try to move it. Circulation is what heals your body. So stretch your shoulders and your neck. These are great ways for tension tamers to relax your neck and shoulders while you're working at your computer. Strong bodies, strong minds—because you are worth it.
