Natural Tummy Tuck:
Denise Austin's Fit in a Minute

Aired on Lifetime Television
Sunday, October 7 and November 25, 2007

Show 421

Do you want a nice toned tight tummy? Well, here's a great exercise, a tummy tuck. A natural one. Let's begin. All you have to do is sit in a chair on your couch, pull your knees toward your chest and release it. This is a great exercise for the lower part of the tummy, below the belly button where we all need a little extra help. All you have to do is bring them in, tuck under, tighten up that tummy, belly button in and release. It's a great exercise. Also it helps release tension off the back. Do these exercises each and every day and you'll see a difference, I promise. Get fit because you are worth it.
