Here are two easy exercises that you could do to firm up the chest. Great target toners. The first one firms up the inside of the chest area, right here, right where we need it. No more bra over hang. Use a weight to really feel the muscles working. I'm using a 5 pound weight, go across the body and really feel it. Do this 12 times with each arm. Here's a great other exercise that I love, the chest firmer. Lift the arms out in front of you touch the elbows and release it. Try to do this 12 times. You will feel the difference. Giving yourself that wonderful natural cleavage. We must, we must, a great way to firm the bust. All of these exercises that you could do right there in the privacy of your own home. Get fit because you are worth it.
