Suzanne Somers:Health Story
Aired on Lifetime TelevisionSunday, October 21 and December 9 2007Show 423
Navigating through a health crisis, aging, surviving in the entertainment industry, and relationships are all things that actress and entrepreneur Suzanne Somers knows all to well. "They're strangely gifts; you learn so much from each one of them. Even this year with the house burning down, you look at your house and there's nothing left. And I've learned the most incredible lessons about letting go of attachment. You just don't need all that stuff. I'm better as a result of it," says Suzanne. She also chats with Leeza about the important aspects of treating your body well, getting enough sleep and eating healthy. Suzanne says, "If you've done the work on yourself to where you feel good about who you are-- and that's work I think everybody needs to do. It's okay to get older. It's really fun."
