Do you want to look great from behind? Well, here's a great tushie exercise that'll help uplift the buttock muscles. Go down on your hands and knees and drop down to your elbows. This is great for the back, to keep the back nice and strong. Pull your tummy up and in. Tone and tighten the tummy. Now lift and lower the leg. This is now firming up the buttock muscles, those glutes back there, yes. Lift and lower. Do 12 times and then switch legs. And here's another great buttock exercise. Bend your knee. Bring your knee down and push your heel up. This is a great way to firm the back of your thighs as well as the buttocks, giving beautiful definition to the back side. Lift and lower the leg. These are all great target toner exercises that you could do every day. Stay fit because you are worth it.
