Let's get ready to trim our outer thighs so we get rid of those saddle bags. Let's begin. Lie on your side, lift the outside leg up and down. This is a great way to slim down those saddle bags. It also helps slim the hips as well as your outer thighs. I want you to try and do 12 of these to really start to really reshape and tone those thighs free from cellulite. Then, we're going to add a little extra development. Lift and lower and now lift hold your leg up a bit before bringing it back down. This trims and slims the waistline. Try it again. Lift the leg, bring it down. Now the waistline trimmer, and back down. That way you really start to target tone that waist as well as the outer thighs. This is a great way to really reshape that bottom half. Remember, get fit because you are worth it.
