Here's an easy exercise that you could do to flatten the tummy, especially the lower abs.: it's the lower abs target toner. Lie on your back, elevate both feet. Now lift the legs and bring it back down. Initiate this movement from the lower abdominals. It's a great exercise that really target-tones the tummy. And if you want, add a little something extra to get the entire rectus abdominis muscle. That's the area we want to target tone. Lift and lower. The other great lower tummy exercise is to slide one leg out and pull it back in. Slide the leg out, flatten the tummy. Flat, flat, flat. And pull it back in.
