Are you ready to firm your arms, chest and shoulders, right in the kitchen? Well you can, because your muscles don't know if you're in a kitchen or a fancy gym. Denise Austin shows you how to do the "kitchen counter push-up". You can do it right up against your kitchen counter, and it's great for your upper body! All you do is this:
• Stand about two feet away from the counter.
• Press down just like a push-up, and then push away. The push-away is a fantastic way to firm and target-tone the arms, your chest and shoulders.
• Go down, and then push away again. Try and do about 12 of them every time you're in the kitchen, and you will have a beautiful upper back, shoulders and firm arms.
This is an easy exercise you can do anytime, anywhere. Get fit because you are worth it!
