As a model and actress, Daisy Fuentes always felt the need to be "rail thin." But today's she's a proponent for embracing the shape you're in, and encourages girls and young women to get fit early in life in order to stay fit for a lifetime. During Fitness Magazine's "Mind, Spirit & Body Games" in New York's Central Park, Daisy had the opportunity to spread her message. "The message is to get fit, get healthy at an early age, and to start early with a positive mindset for a healthy lifestyle," Daisy says.
