Here are three ways to target-tone those thighs to get right down to that perfect size. You can do this almost anywhere, because your muscles don't know if you're in the kitchen or in a fancy gym. That way you can tone and firm anytime, anywhere - no excuses. First, the outer thighs: lift the leg out to the side. Then all you do is turn forward, and that targets the back of your thighs. That's right, no more cellulite. To firm the front of your thighs, bring the leg out in front. It's almost like a series of ballet exercises that firm and target-tone those thighs. To firm the inner thigh, bring it across the body. Anytime, anywhere, firm up those muscles. Do you know why? Because you are worth it!
