Do you want to firm the back of those arms to look great in those swimsuits or sleeveless blouses? Here are two easy exercises that you can do to firm up the triceps. The first one is called a triceps kickback: you lift your elbows high, straighten your arms, and release. You can use five-pound weights, or three-pound weights if you're just starting out. Eventually, build up to eight-pound weights in each hand! This is a great exercise to firm up those arms. Slower is better – try to do twelve of them to really see a change. In the second exercise, lift your arms and lower them. Keep them nice and straight – don't try to lock your elbows but extend your arms. This is a great exercise for the back of the arms – no more jiggles back there! Get fit because you are worth it.
