Tone Your Tummy: Fitness

It's time to target-tone your tummy to get rock-hard abs! Here's a great exercise you can do right on a fitness ball. It's easy and excellent for those abs. If you don't have a ball, just get down on the floor and do them. First, keep your knees bent to protect the back. Second, place your hands behind you; don't scrunch forward, keep it open. Lift and lower. As you lift and lower, tighten up the abs – pull your belly button in. Inhale on the way down, exhale on the way up, and flatten out that tummy. If you want to work your waistline, just add a twist: lift up, and then twist. Now, you're working the oblique muscles that really shape and trim the waistline. These are great target-toning exercises. You need to stay fit – it gives you energy. Because you are worth it!
