Sometimes it feels like our lives are so schedule we hardly have time to breathe… let along exercise. Well why not schedule exercise into your routine as well. An exercise calendar is a great way to keep you motivated and consistent. At the beginning of each week set aside some time to do a little bit of exercise every day. One day you might plan a hike with a friend. Another day it might be a full work out at the gym. And one day it may simply be to do 15 minutes of abs in front of the TV. Consistency is one of the most important ways to keep yourself on track with exercise… because once you get out of the routine it's harder to get the ball rolling again. So try an exercise calendar and schedule your way to a happier, healthier life.
