Dates should be all about excitement and fun… so why spend 2 hours sitting in a movie theater? Get to know your new prospect by burning calories together. What am I talking about? Exerdating! Exerdating is the best of all worlds. It's getting out and getting exercise while you're on the date. Grab some cute workout gear and hit the trails, the gym, the courts or even the slopes. You have fun, you get in shape, and you get to know each other better than if you were just sitting in a restaurant loading up on calories rather than burning them. And it's always good to see if they can keep up with you! Building a relationship and a better body at the same time… can you think of a better way to date? So get out there, whether you're 20-something or 60-something… go on a date that really raises your heart rate!
