Play ball! You've probably seen those big, bouncy balls around the gym, and they aren't simply for fun. They're called body balls or stability balls and they can be a great way to intensify your work out. In fact any exercise you do on the floor can also be done with a body ball. You can do crunches with the body ball that targets your abs, and the balance your body has to do while on the ball provides more exercise for your other muscles. Another reason the body ball is so helpful is that it can make exercise a little easier on your back, neck and shoulders. So to up the intensity of your work out and have a ball!
