Mary Fingar cares not only for her children, but also her mother who has Alzheimer's disease. On top of these two full-time jobs, she works outside of the home. "It's challenging and stressful. Sometimes I feel guilty when I can't do it all." "Guilt is common. That's why you need to take one day at a time," says Dr. Jamie, "It's important to call your energy home. Take time for yourself because then you can reinvest this time."
