Variety is the spice of life. And that's especially true when it comes to exercise. It's very important to keep things fresh so you don't get burned out. A great way to do that is with the so-called boot camp military work out. These classes are usually held outdoors and every work out is different than the last. At the Cooper Fitness Center, our boot camp is actually called POW for power outdoor work out. And it's a combination of strength, agility, speed and balance exercises. These classes are usually not for beginners, but they are a great way to keep things fresh and to really enhance your athletic skills. Most all cities now offer these boot camp type of work outs. So call your local YMCA or local gym for more information.
