Let me give you some good news about cellulite. Even though you might feel like it, you are not alone when it comes to cellulite. Ninety percent of all women have to deal with this stuff some time in their lifetime. And you can thank your parents for this because it's hereditary. Cellulite is a type of fat cell. And the annoying thing about it is that cellulite fat cells cannot be burned as fuel. So, no matter how many miles you run, or squats you do, you are not going to completely get rid of it. Exercise and diet will help firm you up though, reducing the appearance of it. So what about all of these cellulite creams promising spectacular results? Most creams help plump up your skin, reducing those dimples. But you have to use them consistently over a period of months. Look for ones that contain caffeine. Studies show they work the best. There are a couple of other methods that claim to reduce cellulite. Endermologie uses motorized rollers to lift, stretch, spin and suck the skin to loosen the tissues that create the dimples. But some cellulite solutions may be no further than your kitchen. Foods rich in things like essential fatty acids, amino acids and antioxidants help increase circulation and can help keep cellulite from looking so dimpled. And some researchers say coffee may actually help. But not by drinking it. They say that by rubbing the grounds wherever you have cellulite might reduce the dimple appearance. It just might be the certain something that helps.
