Remember when it was just the two of you going on vacation? You could fit a week's worth of supplies into a couple of overnight bags. Now with children, it's not so simple. But there is a resort that's making a family trip with a baby a little easier. The Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas partnered with Johnson's. Together they created the Gentle Travel Program, a kit and family services that will lighten the load when traveling with children. "When you go on vacation, a lot of times you spend so much time packing, but you forget little things," says Debra Bass, Group Product Director of Johnson's Baby Franchise. "And just one last thing to worry about makes life so much easier for mom." According to pediatrician Dr. Jennifer Trachtenberg, "There's the Soothing Natural Body Wash that you can use with a 'no more tears' formulation. There's also the Bedtime Cream which is really important. It's important to moisturize your baby every single day. You can even use the creams to do a nice massage and that also can relax the baby. It aids in digestion really helps with them going to sleep." The Atlantis Prompt Response Team is ready to provide items a little too big to fit in the gentle travel kit. Cribs, strollers, sterilizers, bottle warmers or any other missing baby items from your suitcase. "What's also great about the Atlantis Prompt Response Team, they have many, many babysitters that have been trained in this Gentle Travel Program," says Dr. Trachtenberg. "You should focus on the time together with the family in this wonderful new place, and not be bogged down by the hassle of packing and bringing things, and keeping track of everything." Less stuff to pack means less stuff to worry about and more time to enjoy your vacation.
