Dana Bowman Story: Health Story

Aired on Lifetime Television for Women
Sunday, February 26 and April 23

Show 308

"What motivates me is never giving up," says Dana Bowman, retired Sergeant First Class, and double amputee. A member of the Golden Knights U.S. Army Parachute Team, he lost his legs while sky diving, something he had done hundreds of times before. Within five months, he was skydiving again, and designing his own prosthetics. "Prior to his ideas, many things weren't possible," says Kevin Carroll of Hanger, a prosthetic company. I was given a chance to live. I have to give back," Dana says. An amazing story of spirit and determination.
